Support Fired Hyatt Housekeepers With the holidays approaching, fired Hyatt Housekeepers need our help more than ever. On August 31 Hyatt fired its longtime housekeeping staff at its three Boston area hotels. Many of the fired housekeepers had worked for their hotels for over 20 years. Many had been required to train their replacements prior to being fired. Their replacements were paid the minimum wage. Throughout Massachusetts, and across the United States there has been a huge outpouring of support for the fired Hyatt 100. Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick and the cities of Boston and Cambridge have pledged their support. Hyatt housekeepers are fighting to get their jobs backābut they need your help to maintain insurance for themselves and their families. Thank you for your support.
